This beautiful yacht is a design of the well-known A.K. Balfour from Scotland. She was produced under license by a German shipyard in 1965. The yacht has a comfortable cabin with a high standard, with elegant interior, pantry and separated forecabin with WC area. The boat has been overhauled by a specialist shipyard a short time ago. The condition is as new.The complete hull is newly calfatert and newly painted, the wood is in a perfect condition. The hull is totally dry in the bilge and has throughout the interior no condensation.The shipyard has invested well over 300 working hours in the entire interior and exterior overhaul.The interior has a 1.90 m standing height throughout the ship. Separate fore cabin with WC and washbasin. New upholstery including foam, as well as curtains. Galley with petroleum stove. Pressurized water system.Navigation: compass, sounder, log, VHF, Chartplotter.Sails little used but all in good condition, about 40 m².Cockpit cushion. Cover, three parts over the whole ship
